Larry W. Price

Larry W. Price served as an administrative law judge with the U.S. Department of Labor from 1998 to 2021.  He presided over cases arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the Federal Coal Mine Health Safety Act of 1969, various whistleblower, child safety, and wage protection statutes.  He decided or mediated literally thousands of cases.

He received a bachelor of business administration degree from Ohio State, a J.D. from Stetson, and a Tax LLM from Georgetown.  He served in a variety of positions during a 23-year career as an Air Force Judge Advocate including duties as a Military Judge and as the Assistant Chief Trial Judge of the Air Force.
